How claiming works

Four steps. Anchored to public evidence.

    Find your record

    Search by company name or paste your ABN. The matched record is the one you'll claim.

  2. 2

    Choose a verification anchor

    We support ABN-matched email, licence-number-and-name match, domain-verified email, or phone OTP. Pick whichever you can prove fastest.

  3. 3

    Submit and review

    Claims enter an internal review queue. We confirm the anchor and flip the public chip from unclaimed to claimed. Most claims resolve within one business day.

  4. 4

    Edit your record

    Once claimed, you can update contact details, declare service areas, and link your domain. Register-sourced fields (licences, ABN status) stay anchored to their authorities.
