Why it’s important to choose your air-conditioning from a specialist Big generalist retailers advertise everything from furniture and bedding to electrical appliances, computers and even air conditioning. But what does the salesman really know about the technicalities of air-conditioning? Sure they’ll ask you about the size of your room and what kind of air-conditioning you want but are they qualified to find the perfect fit for you and your family’s home or your business premises? At AAPL we recognise that not every house is the same, not every building is the same. People have very distinct living styles. Air-conditioning has to fit with that. It’s very important to get it right! Air conditioning is a long-term solution not a quick-fix on a hot day. That’s why we wrote The Guide “Don’t Buy Air-conditioning Until You Find Out the 5 Biggest Mistakes Most People Make”. If you’d like a FREE copy of it just email us at aaplair@bigpond.com or call us on 9592 9099 and we’ll send it to you. What makes us AAPL (Australian Air-conditioning Professionals) the experts? We’ve been helping people get cool clean fresh air – and warm air too – in their homes, small commercial building and offices since 2008. Our office is located in Rockingham and, while we do a lot of local work, we also operate from Perth to Mandurah and surrounding areas. A good proportion of our work comes from word of mouth from happy customers. We have built our reputation on supplying quality systems, with expert advice, installation and workmanship, and reliable after sales service. We delve deeper into your needs – not just the measurements of your room. We want to know more about the area to be air-conditioned; aspect is critical – north, south east or west facing – how cool or how warm the rooms are already. We take into consideration the construction, building materials, insulation, window tinting– any little quirks the rooms may have. We consider the best installation methods, the interior and exterior fittings, and where to site the air-conditioner to minimise noise. Quality Air Conditioning Evaporative Cooling Systems in Australia Home Evaporative systems are a great solution for whole of home cooling, if you have a busy home with children running in and out then this is the system for you. The evaporative units work by drawing air through water cooled pads and distributing it through ducts to your rooms, the doors and windows are left open to ensure the hot air gets pushed out. We supply the Seeley range of air conditioners who were established in 1972 and include Coolair, Braemar and Breezair in their range of air conditioners Commercial Evaporative systems These are ideal for large warehouses and workshops to keep your workforce cool and increase productivity. The commercial units are installed generally with a four or eight way plenum and depending on the size of your area you may require several. Panasonic Air Conditioning Specialist AAPL air conditioning are part of the Panasonic Specialist Air Network and this enables us to give our customers a superior product at competitive prices, through dealing with a Panasonic specialist you receive our after service warranty with AAPL air conditioning making sure everything gets followed up and completed in a reasonable timeframe. Reverse cycle air conditioning systems All of our air conditioning systems installations are covered by our 6 Point Promise Reverse cycle systems are a great choice for heating and cooling your home, the indoor unit is concealed in your roof space so this is ideal if you don’t want to see the unit on your wall, all air is delivered through ceiling vents making this visually appealing. The indoor unit is connected to the condenser unit with wiring and pipe work, the unit is placed outside in an area with good air flow and a solid surface to install it on. How reverse cycle air conditioning works The system works by passing air through a fan coil and distributing the air through the supply ducts to the various vents, the air is then drawn back to the return air vent to start the process again. Wall Split Air Conditioning They’re not all the same The wall splits are an excellent choice for one or two rooms or throughout the whole house. There are many different brands and sizes on the market so it is easy to get confused without expert advice. At AAPL air conditioning we recommend Panasonic, Mitsubishi HI or Fujitsu units. These are all manufactured with Japanese technology and quality assurances and our installations are carried out by technicians to ensure you get the best installation to complement your unit with our 5 year installation warranty. Our 6 Point Promise to You We guarantee that when our technicians install your air conditioning they will 1-Clean up after themselves including sweeping up dust and debris 2-Remove all off cuts and rubbish from site 3-Reposition any furniture they move 4-Take the utmost care not to damage your walls, ceilings, roof or floor coverings 5-Behave respectfully while in your home or premises 6-Give you full instructions on how to use your new air conditioning Cassette systems The cassette system is a great option for the large open areas with no wall space; the indoor unit is positioned in the ceiling and piped to the outdoor unit. The advantages of the cassettes are that you can position it centrally (dependant on roof structure) and you have four louvers facing opposite directions meaning you get effective air distribution.
