Mali and Tim Cutler, North Manly Date of Job: October 2011 (Coogee) Last October, at very short notice, we engaged the services of AJP Constructions on recommendation form a relative, to undertake works at our unit in Beach St Coogee. This project involved a major renovation of two units in a strata block, one above the other. Structural work was required, including the removal of brickwork and installation of steel beams to install large expanses of glass. Andrew was given an extremely tight schedule (just over 3 weeks) to complete the works in time for the window installation. Andrew finished the job on time and within the budget, despite having to tackle a few unexpected issues in the process. Andrew is positive and solution oriented – and demonstrated an ability to communicate the various options to us simply and clearly so that we could make informed decisions. We were extremely impressed with Andrew’s ability to co-ordinate the various teams required for our job.
