CONCEPT DESIGN AND HAND SKETCH Photo realistic renderings, 3d Perspectives, interactive 3D walk-through, facade design and styles PRIVATE CERTIFIER CDC APPLICATION We are capable of producing plans ready for local council Development Application (D.A.) approval. Our in-depth knowledge of the local council requirements will ensure a smooth passage through this stage. 3D PERSPECTIVES & 3D INTERACTIVE WALK-THROUGH Interactive 3D walk-through of the new concept design. We will provide a virtual walk-through of your home, to be viewed on any computer, which will allow you to view your home in virtual reality with realistic textures, finishes and furniture’s SITE FEASIBILITY STUDY AND/OR REPORT We can organise all the required consultant plans and reports for your council application. After council (DA) approval, We are able to extend my service through the Construction Certificate (C.C.) stage.
