ATS Hire ATS Hire is a newly formed Tasmanian based business providing a compact excavator hire service and large wood chipper hire with trained operators focusing on servicing the Devonport and surrounding areas. Machines can also be provided to other areas on the northwest and north coast if required. Excavation Services : We cover most general excavation needs including- site preparation,site cut , trench digging , swimming pools, driveway prep and gravel laying,compacting. Also block clearing,vegetation removal, cleaning out small dams,creek areas,house site foundations,post hole boring (9 inch,18 inch holes ),pipe laying for irrigation and drainage . Landscaping as well . ATS hire provides a 3.5 ton takeuchi cabin excavator and an 18 inch vermeer woodchipper to customers along the north and north west coast of Tasmania . Excavator dry hire to experienced operators: We deliver the machine fuelled up,ready to go for you to use on a daily rate or over a weekend. Excavator comes with 3 buckets-300 mm,450 mm and 1100 mud bucket. There is a 9 inch and 18 inch post hole auger attachment at an additional charge.The machine has a tilting bucket head for grading batters with to your desired angle.Unit has fully enclosed cab,tinted glass,steel tracks,and a stereo/usb player and uhf radio . This machine is a compact,powerful unit and will surprise you what it can perform compared to the little 1.5 ton machines at most hire places,and it is still compact enough for small areas. Woodchipper Hire: We provide with trained personell a woodchipper capable of chipping branches and trunks of trees up to 18 inch or 450mm in diameter. The chipper is delivered to your site and operated by us to turn your branches and foliage into a valuable garden mulch.We can chip into the back of our truck and move the mulch to your desired location or chip into a pile straight on the ground. Provided your material to chip is clean,free of dirt and foreign matter it is easily converted into mulch with our chipper.
