Recognising a gap in the market, Steve’s research led him to America, where he found Ultrasonic blind cleaning to be a growing industry. After studying what the Americans were doing and applying a little Aussie ingenuity and tenacity, a superior method was developed and the best system in the world today was born! The first Amazing Clean operation was based in Brisbane and soon others, operating under license, began to duplicate the success. In 2000, Amazing Clean moved to become a franchise system. Franchising allowed the company to develop brand recognition, standardize operating procedures and further develop a strong customer focus.
