ABOUT Amy Miles is an interior designer focused on designs which 'tell the story' of people and place. She has a focus on connecting spaces to the surrounding natural environment and creating sensory spaces which seek to not only meet her client's needs but also create experiences which surprise and delight. Amy started out her career working for a boutique architecture firm in the inner city before moving to Cox Architecture where she has been working for the past 5 years on a range of residential, commercial and cultural projects. We will meet with you to discuss your current situation, the project scope, budget and timeframe. As part of this stage, we will conduct a site visit and provide a design brief and fee proposal. STAGE 2 This is the concept design phase where we respond to your design needs and aspirations by providing space planning, mood imagery, 3D sketch perspectives, finishes scheme and furniture and fixture proposals. STAGE 3 This is the design development stage which includes detailed 3D renders, floor plans, elevations, finishes and fixtures schedules and construction documentation. STAGE 4 This is where the design becomes reality. We will liaise with your builders, conduct site visits and report defects. Once space has been completed, we will put the finishing touches on with styling, furniture and art placement. Finally, we will celebrate with you and photograph your beautiful new space.
