The Directors Mark and Chris met whilst completing their Bachelor Degrees in Construction Management. The Degree provided them with an understanding from all perspectives of the construction process, which is demonstrated in their certification philosophies. Mark and Chris worked together for several years before separating to obtain further experience in different areas of certification. They worked on a variety of residential and commercial projects allowing them both to qualify for the Open Building Surveyors Licence.
