Residential Shades Shade sails are an ideal solution to provide a cool, sun safe way to enjoy time outdoors. They can be used to cover decking or paved seating areas as well as pools, ponds and synthetic turf. Aqua Shades custom designs and constructs each sail such that it not only provides protection but adds style and value to your home. Virtually any shape and style is possible, limited only by your imagination. Aqua Shades uses products providing UVR protection as high as 99% and Shade of 99% in a large range of colours. Fabrics carry a 10year manufacturer's warranty. Aqua Shades have a range of privacy screens in which a vertical shade sail is incorporated into the main shade sail. This is achieved by the main shade sail extending to the top of the posts and then vertically down the posts to any height desired. This therefore blocks any view from neighbouring properties as well as providing additional shade. Aqua Shades have a range Waterproof shade sails. Waterproof shade sails are made from a PVC fabric, now in a large range of colours. They are constructed in a similar fashion to High Tension-Full Wire Shade Sails and designed with sufficient angle to ensure water runoff Commercial Shades Aqua Shades has developed into one of Perth’s major suppliers of commercial shade products and is continually developing new and innovative structures for a multitude of applications. Recent achievements include a cantilever grandstand for Perth Motorplex, rolled seating cover for Kalamunda Aquatic (Wet and Wild) and waterproof cantilever structures to cover 56 car park bays at St John of God Hospital in Murdoch. Aqua Shades has constructed numerous shade sails over council’s park playgrounds around Perth. A further example of our capacity to diversify, is in the recently designed and manufactured dust covers for two hoppers on a remote mining site. These were designed to fit specified equipment, engineered, fabricated, fitted with shade cloth covers and transported to the client. Aqua Shades can also supply and/or install in remote sites. Previous works have been undertaken in locations such as Kalgoorlie, Newman, Port Hedland and numerous remote mining sites throughout the state. There are few limitations on what can be achieved. With the security of third party engineering certification we can design sails and/or structures to suit your individual requirements. Cafe Blinds Aqua Shades supplies and installs high quality Ziptrak Café Blinds. The major benefit of this system is that the blinds have no ropes, pulleys, zips or annoying cables that often break and need costly repairs. Ziptrak has a channel installed to the side uprights and the blind simply glides up and down the channel. It can be stopped at any point from top to bottom and has a locking mechanism to the base. All metal components are powder coated and blinds are available in PVC or mesh. Mesh comes in a variety of colours. Coastal Umbrellas Australian designed and manufactured, the Coastal Umbrella System is one of the strongest and simple to use umbrellas on the market. The Coastal Umbrella System is feature packed including: Choose from 2 sizes. Either the 4 meter or 5 meter cover. Both give an impressive shade foot print (12 square meters for the 4 meter model and 19 square meters for the 5m model). At the base of the umbrella is a locking mechanism providing 360 degree rotation which allows for you to move the shade as required. The canopy can be wound down and the arm rotated to an out of the way location. Opening and closing of the canopy is via to 3:1 ratio hand winch for ease of operation. All steel components are galvanised and powder coated in a colour of your choice. The winch cable, nuts and bolts are all high quality marine grade 316 stainless steel. To ensure the longevity and stability of the umbrella, the base is secured via an engineered, steel reinforced cage into a concrete footing which weighs up to 1.75 tonne (1,750kg). Choose from one of 25 shade fabric colours. Both Umbrella sizes are rated to 43 kmh whilst open and 180kmh whilst down.
