PRODUCTS Float Glass - Float Glass is made by high-quality sand, natural ores and chemical materials by mixing them and melting them at high temperature. While floating through the molten tin, the glass under the works of gravity and surface tension becomes smooth and flat at both sides. Float glass can be used for windows and doors in residential houses, office and shops. It also can be used as interior applications for furniture or decorations. Laminated Glass - Laminated glass is made of two or more sheets of top quality glass bonded together with a PVB interlayer. After the PVB interlayer has been placed between the glass sheets, the whole assembly is subjected to heat and pressure. This makes the complete adhesion of the vinyl and the glass. In the event of breakage, the glass fragments remain bonded to the plastic interlayer. Sliver Mirror - Sliver mirror is created by splashing a thin chemical silver coating and copper coating onto the glass which are then processed by double layers of highly resistant protective paints. This improves manufacturing process. It also improves the optical quality of the product and significantly increases its longevity through a better resistance to corrosion. Safety Mirror - Safety mirror is made of high quality silver mirror, copper free silver mirror or aluminum mirror, by attaching a adhesive protective high viscous vinyl film. It is applied to the back of the mirror. If the mirror is broken, the vinyl film holds the fragments; it will not spread around thus reducing the risk of injury. Patterned Glass - Patterned glass also called rolled glass and figured glass. It is a kind of decorative translucent glass with embossed patterns on the surface. It allows transmission of day light, while obscuring visibility of object. It can be made of clear or different colors. It has rich and colorful pattern designs make it highly suitable for decorative applications. Low-iron Glass - Low-iron glass is a kind of float glass which is ultra clear and ultra white. It is manufactured with reduced iron oxide content lower than 0.02 per cent so that it has the features of high light transmittance and high transparency over 90 per cent. Low-iron glass can be use to produce windows, doors and display cabinets, store fronts, shelves, glass furniture, solar energy industries. Low-E Glass - Low Emissivity Glass (Low-E) is a member of the coated glass family coated with one or more layers of metal o compound films on the quality float glass by using magnetic sputtering method. It has low thermal conductivity and high light transmittance. Ensuring visible light transmittance and reducing light pollution based on prevention of heat losses.
