Hedges Construction is headed by a husband and wife team with dedicated administration & carpentry staff who are employed on wages . We employ our carpenters on wages rather then subcontracting as we can ensure that no corners are cut . The Subcontractors in the other trades that are employed have been working for us for many years and they are all local subcontractors to Hervey Bay . Which is good as they are directly responsible to Hedges Construction for there own work .
