ABOUT US At Bellevue Building Concepts we understand what is needed to make a great living space. Working with our clients to help them realize a better life, is to us, what building is truly all about. Taking a property and turning it into something special takes a good eye, imagination, lots of experience, and a whole lot of love for the complete cycle of the building process. At Bellevue Building Concepts we believe that we have that passion, and that love for construction. But please, don’t take our word for it, let our awards and our small curated portfolio on this site speak for us. We are confident that once you have had a good look around and see what we have to offer, that you will feel comfortable enough to come speak to us about your new home or home improvement, and naturally all initial consultations are obligation free. An award-winning family owned practice covering architecture, planning and residential design across all disciplines, we breath life into buildings through beautiful form and function. Why should you build with us? We know Adelaide, its climate, and in particular the beach side suburbs surrounding Glenelg, and how to best build to take advantage of our great weather. We offer a complete building service, from initial concept, to drafting and planning approvals, construction, and hand over, we project manage it all. We have a technical team of specialist contractors with a diverse range of experience and skills. OUR SERVICES An Award Winning, Family run and owned business with over 25 years experience in the Building Industry. Bellevue Building Concepts works with some of the best tradesmen, architects, and interior designers in Adelaide to ensure you get the home you have always dreamed of. ARCHITECTURE At Bellevue Building Concepts we pride ourselves on the ability to make the consulting process as easy and smooth as possible. We dont use any jargon, we communicate in plain english, and whether you already have your own ideas or if you are starting with a blank slate. At Bellevue Building Concepts, we can help. We love coming up with innovative concepts for our clients, and following this up with high quality workmanship. INTERIOR DESIGN While having a nice frontage is always nice, its inside of our homes that we spend the most time. Getting this right is the difference between having a home that works for you and is a joy to live in, and a poorly thought out one that doesn’t. While getting the living spaces right is very important, so is choosing the right materials, finishes, fittings and appliances. And last but not least, having a home that is Smart and c-bus controlled is also very important, it is the 21st century after all. Let us make living easier for you. LANDSCAPE While we are not landscapers per se, landscaping is something that is no longer considered to be an optional extra when building a new home, addition, or renovation. Especially now since Alfresco dining and entertaining has become so popular as people now want to take full advantage of Adelaide’s beautiful Mediterranean climate. Living in a home that feels just as great inside or out, or when transitioning in between is what modern living is all about. Landscaping is one of the many things we strive to get right for our customers as part of our overall design and build process. PROJECT MANAGEMENT If you have ever watched more than a few episodes of Grand Designs one of the first things you will notice is that the “birthing” process of designing and building your home is just as stressful as the real thing, especially if you are taking it on all by yourself. Having the professionals at Bellevue Building Concepts take care of everything for you, and smoothing out any bumps along the way will make the building process more enjoyable, and with a much nicer end result. Naturally our customers are still fully involved with the fun stuff, like designing, and choosing selections, the headaches we take care of for them. That is what good Project Management is all about Contact us for more information.
