I am a small owner operated building design and drafting service located near Pomona in the beautiful hinterland behind Noosa on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland. Building a new home or renovating an existing home can be daunting. Your home is most likely the single most expensive investment made in a lifetime. The design of your home is your lifestyle for many years and not something to rush into. Each project is unique with its own set of lifestyle and orientation requirements. My Objective is to design a building to suite the conditions and lifestyle and work with clients to achieve a functional, energy efficient, cost efficient building that both my clients and I can be proud of. All plans and documentation is carried out on the latest Computer Aided Drafting software and generated 3D images in various stages can be provided. About Me I have been involved in the Building Design Industry on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland for over 30 years. The last 15 years based in Pomona in the beautiful Noosa Hinterland. As an Endorsed Sustainable Building Designer I am committed to designing environmentally friendly buildings to suit individual client's needs. To aid in the design of energy efficient homes and to help comply with the Building Code of Australia Energy Efficiency requirements the necessary training has been undertaken to perform Energy Rating Assessments using BERS Pro software. In order to keep up to date with the every changing building legislation and regulations I am a long standing member of the Building Designers Association of Queensland and Housing Industry Association. Projects include individual houses, both new and renovations; medium density multi-residential, commercial and industrial. Most have been on the Sunshine Coast but projects have been commissioned from Brisbane, Chinchilla and Roma to the west and as far north as Daintree. BSA License No. 65344
