ABOUT Lachie received his RMIT certified electrical trade trading through the Australian Army, after which he was posted to several army combat and transport units, in locations including Wodonga, Darwin and East Timor. After leaving the Army in 2003, Lachie and his wife Melanie returned to their hometown, Wangaratta. After a successful second renovation in Green Street (their first was in Moyhu), Lach, Mel and the kids moved out to a large block in Eldorado to build from scratch.
