Over thirty years ago Peter gained knowledge of house construction through becoming a licensed carpenter and further developed his knowledge through working on heritage renovation projects and more contemporary properties. He also has worked on small commercial properties, building extensions and building residential homes. Peter increased his knowledge when he worked for another building company as a qualified building supervisor. Drawing on his vast building experience and having witnessed first hand the disappointment of some homebuyers because they had not sought professional advice prior to purchasing their home Peter decided to branch out and offer a new service to provide peace of mind to homeowners and homebuyers.
