BWP Build & Landscape was founded by Ben Pine, who has 15 years experience in the construction industry, both here in Australia and overseas. After working abroad on large scale civil projects as a carpenter, Ben returned to Western Australia and has been working in the transportable housing industry for the last 8 years. This work has included building the houses in Perth and installing them across Western Australia. Through his experience gained in both the civil and transportable industry, Ben has been able to fine-tune the installation process of transportable housing. BWP offer a full turnkey option on the installation process and due to keeping all works in house are able to complete jobs faster than subcontracting works out. BWP is capable of full project management, if required, and Ben has been involved in the management and installation of several commercial orders of housing including 35 houses for RIO in Karratha, 22 houses for BHP in South Hedland, 22 Houses for FMG in South Hedland, approximately 40 houses for the Department of Housing and 60 private installations across the North West. Aside from the transportable sector, BWP is capable of all building works, fencing, concreting, earthworks, landscaping and has a fleet of trucks and machinery capable of most jobs. BWP is based in Karratha and is set up to do any remote works across the country. BWP is capable of completing large commercial orders of housing on time and without incident, as Ben has proven on other large scale installations he has been involved in, which included, doing installations for mining company’s RIO, BHP, FMG and Woodside. As BWP is based in Karratha we are able to access the North West without the need to travel from Perth, if required.
