Our stability is further shown through our occupation of our own factory in Burleigh Heads from day one of our operation here in the Gold Coast, with over 1500 m2 of land and a covered factory area in excess of 600m2. We have recently completed the Stage 2 of Tennyson Reach Development (Queensland Tennis Centre) comprised of over ninety (90) units of premium quality apartments and penthouses. Developer and head contract for this project is MIRVAC QLD. We are also in the final phase of PARKLAKE Apartments, stage 1 of over 300 units to be built in Varsity Lakes. This is only a continuation of the development being carried out by SOLMAC Developments where to date we have completed over 750 units of villas, studio apartments and penthouses.
