Drinking water Keep a container of drinking water in the fridge so that you don't run water down the plughole waiting for the water to cool. 2. Thawing frozen foods Thaw frozen foods in the fridge or microwave rather than placing them under running water. 3. Washing vegetables Save water by washing vegetables and rinsing dishes in a plugged sink or a basin - not under running water. 4. Cooking vegetables Microwave, steam or use a pressure cooker to cook vegetables, to retain more flavour and use less water than traditional boiling. 5. Washing Wait for a full load of washing before reaching for the detergent as every load less saves 17 buckets of water. 6. Bathroom Put a plug in the sink when shaving rather than rinsing your razor under running water. 7. Shorter showers Take shorter showers. Every minute less in the shower saves one bucket of water. 8. Install a water saving showerhead Consider installing a AAA rated water saving showerhead and save on water and energy costs. 9. Half flush toilet Use the half flush and save up to 4 buckets of water per day 10. Repair leaking toilets Check for leaks in your toilet by adding food dye to the cistern. If colour appears in the toilet bowl within half an hour its time to call a qualified plumber. Call us on today to find out more or reach us through the 'Make an Enquiry' form.

Public records are uneven by nature. Stronger records make operating claims easier to inspect. Thin records make the gaps obvious. Evidence beats explanation.
See methodology for how the index resolves duplicates, tiers evidence, and decides what to publish.
If this is your business, you can claim the record to add a verified contact, licence anchor, and service area.
