THE BILLYARD STORY The Billyard story started back in the 1930's, with Fredrick Billyard making a presence around Sydney, constructing many quality houses. With son Arthur joining the family business at age 15, the Billyard story was able to continue into the second generation. Arthur Billyard has been constructing award winning, architectually designed houses since the 1960's. In the early 1990's, son Colin, commenced working in the family business as an apprentice. Colin completed his apprenticeship, whilst gaining the skills and uncompromised attention to detail, passed down within the Billyard family. With attention focused to continue the Billyard story into the third generation, Colin has been building quality housing since the late 1990's, licensed under the C.J Billyard Builders name.
