OUR TEAM With CL Pools you have the benefit of dealing with only one person. During the entire process you will speak with Daniel Linklater, our Construction Manager at CL Pools . Daniel will look after you from the initial quote stage through to the end of the project. CL Pools has a team of office staff and trades that I will liaise with for you during the entire process. 6 YEAR STRUCTURAL WARRANTY We have a six year structural warranty on the pool shell. INSURANCE & THE BSA CL Pools have $10,000,000 public liability insurance and have all appropriate Q.M.B.A licences. SPASA CL Pools can offer a full Spasa Contract accompanied with a water tight Insurance policy for further piece of mind. PROGRESS PAYMENT SYSTEM CL Pools uses the payment system as prescribed by S.P.A.S.A, which is 5% deposit, 25% on steel delivery and dig, 35% on steel fix and concrete, 12% on completion of coping 12% on supply of equipment. Balance of final amount consists of payment for installation of equipment and then a payment of $500 on completion of project.
