I show the greatest care with all personal property, ensuring no damage to windows and screens, and no staining of carpets and curtains. I also take care not to exacerbate pre-existing damage. I will even give you pointers on how you may be able to prepare your property so that everything flows smoothly. If any tasks are not completed, or not completed to a high standard, it will only be in instances where I have judged there to be an excessive risk of either injury to myself or damage to property.
