Our modular building system, allows us to design a granny flat or home, that is as structurally sound as a similar brick building. Our Modules are super energy efficient and meet all Australian Standards. The manufacturer of the ModPad and ModPod units is Sure Star Holdings Ltd, based in Hong Kong. We are the sole Australian distributors for Sure Star products. Sure Star Holdings is owned and manaaged by by Australians. All Modules are 100% Australian Standard. Plumbing and electrical fittings we import from Australia, to ensure our quality.
