ABOUT My name is Colbey Lowe and I'm a painter and decorator, I have been painting since I was 17 and still love it. I finished my cert 3 in painting and decorating in 2012 and since then worked all over Australia. I have done every aspect of painting imaginable from residential, commercial, wallpapering, special finishes such as marble effect and wood grain and yet my favourite thing to do are repaints, I love seeing customers blown away at the end of the job.
