How the Process Works 1. Free Quote We offer a free on site consultation, where the building process is explained and a free quote is given. A fee proposal is then emailed to client listing scope of services and fees. At this stage we also advise what potential subconsultants may be required such as Structural Engineers, Surveyors and Heritage Consultants. 2. Schematic We listen to your requirements and prepare Schematic Design. 3. Developed Design The Schematic design usually goes through a few design changes up until it becomes the Developed Design and is ready for submission to council. 4. Submission to Council We prepare the Town Planning Application and all the supporting documentation and submit to council, saving our clients time and money. 5.Building Permit We prepare Construction Documentation drawings for a Building permit and/or Tendering for a builder.
