About Us Danny Godwin has operated his construction business since 1981, and has been a licensed builder for almost thirty years. He has bases in Sydney and Forster and is equally at home operating from either. Danny’s approach is to provide a high quality product through a collaborative between architect or designer, client and product suppliers. He maintains a commitment to environmentally responsible outcomes with a product that lasts the test of time. Danny and his team have a wide range of experience, in most areas of the construction industry, including multi storey residential, retail fit out, industrial complexes and the restoration and renovation of heritage buildings. However the work for which Danny is most renowned is the construction of beautifully finished architecturally designed homes. Prior to establishing his building company Danny completed technical training in carpentry and joinery and these skills manifest themselves in the quality of finish in every project. Testimonials 'I have known Danny since the early nineties; he is an excellent tradesman and a first class builder. He is a person of integrity and is well respected both in the building industry and the community. Since completing his first project for my firm in Sydney, he has been involved in around a dozen other building developments for us' Brian Suters, Architect 'Danny Godwin has built four projects that we have designed, in all cases his work is exemplary, his attention to detail thorough and we have been delighted with the result. He is particularly aware of the various corrosion and weather issues that exist on coastal sites, and he has made suggestions regrading the improvement of detailing during the course of projects. To his credit the clients in each of these cases are happy with their buildings and he has assisted all of them in ongoing maintenance' Shane Blue, Architect 'We chose Danny Godwin as the builder of our home knowing his reputation as a quality builder and honest person. The home was finished to high standard within budget and time allowed. I would recommend Danny Godwin as a reliable and cpable builder' Jenine and David Train, Client Projects Nellies 2 adjoining houses at Bomerang Beach on the NSW mid north coast. Public records are uneven by nature. Stronger records make operating claims easier to inspect. Thin records make the gaps obvious. Evidence beats explanation.
See methodology for how the index resolves duplicates, tiers evidence, and decides what to publish.
