This could include proposed cash flow forecasts to indicate when expected expenses will most likely occur and are critical for obtaining project financing and for determining whether a project can be profitable or not. This will help owners or developers entering blindly into construction projects negating unnecessary financial risk. Builders Quantities Preparation of comprehensive "Builders Trade Bills" for the purposes of construction tendering, subcontract tendering, cost planning, estimating, etc. Contract Administration Comprehensive pre and post contract administration including obtaining subcontract tenders, subcontract evaluations, negotiations and appointments, subcontract progress claim evaluations, variation measurements and assessments and general contract compliance.
