BUILDING DESIGN: We prefer to start with a site evaluation prior to commencing a specific design. Whether it be a Rural, Industrial or Commercial project, drawing from a mix of ideas & desirable outcomes generates a successful project. Pre-designs are also welcome weather it be by the client or an architect or building designer. CAD DRAFTING: We offer an initial drafting of ideas on AutoCAD which in most cases documents every facet of the project. Where an architect or commercial designer is required, these services may be outsourced to obtain the best and most efficient outcome. EXTERNAL CONSULTANTS: Structural & Civil engineering services along with Planning Permit documents are best handled externally. Our local knowledge of these specialist services will be managed and appointed by us in consultation with the you client if it provides the best outcome for the project. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: The project is managed using a software platform enabling Document management including OH&S, Environmental & Risk Management. Project communication for time savings for all parties on projects. Site management of all materials & building activities.
