ABOUT US DISO Insurance and Property restorations was established in 2010 by the present owner, Spiro Kemertzis to provide all construction, structural building repair, property restoration, carpentry services to the building industry. Starting out as a qualified licenced builder on his own, Spiro was soon in such demand that he employed tradesmen in which he personally interviewed and selected to assist as the company continued to expand. The company originally specialized mainly in small building works but over the years has expanded into all areas of the building industry — most notably insurance repairs. We have adapted and evolved to be able to provide a full one-stop service from minor works such as hoarding a broken window to major property restoration for both domestic and commercial clients.
