Customer satisfaction is of the highest priority. At DJM cabinetmaking I treat every job as if its my own, If its something that you're not satisfied with I'll make sure it is rectified. At DJM we have a strong belief on being on time and punctual. If a job is to be installed on a specific day, it will be. If there is a delay you'll be notified well in advance of any delays by the suppliers. SERVICES We personally design, construct and install all of our work to your own requirements. The services that we provide: I come to your place to get a feel for the work involved and discuss what you would like. I will then give you my opinion on what would work best base on the information handed to me. I then allow you to take my advice and make a judgement call, at the end of the day it is your job. I then take the information provided by you away to design and price the job. I hand you the Quote and 3D drawing for your reference. I will then follow up for any feedback within 3 working days and make any changes you request. I allow 1 change of plans free of charge.
