A cost effective way to use all the existing items you own in your home and re-styling them in a different way. No need to renovate, just let us re-style your furniture and belongings. We will also advise on further cost effective ways to renovate or additions you could make to your interior for maximum effect. 2. FULL INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE From concept to handover. This includes: Space planning Furniture Design Fabric and materials selection Art consulation Styling Project Management 3.CONCEPTUALISATION When you need to refresh your home or develop the interior scheme of your business, talking through your concerns and needs with a professional designer will often clarify the direction you should be heading in. A system of design tools will help put these down on paper as well as a plan of action to get you there. 4. SPACE PLANNING You have a building or a plan and need the interior structure and/or furniture located within the space to ensure it works effectively and efficiently. 5. COLOUR, FURNITURE + FABRIC SELECTION Based on ideas developed within the "conceptual" stage suitable products will be sourced and delivered from local and international suppliers, within an agreed upon time frame and budget. 6. CONTEMPORARY ART CONSULTATION Art creates a changeable and dynamic visual environment. 10 years experience in Art selection, hanging and handling ensures you will find not only a financial investment that you love looking at but one that also enlivens your interior scheme. 7. BESPOKE / CUSTOM FURNITURE DESIGN Often we need a piece of furniture to suit a particular place in our home or business and it cannot be found off the shelf. A concept and materials will be developed for approval by you, a drawing developed then passed onto our source of trusted local (where possible) craftsmen to build and deliver and/or install. The project is managed and quality controlled by the designer throughout the entire process. 8. PHOTOGRAPHIC STYLING When your home, business or product needs a little tweaking to present it in it's best possible light. Experience in the production department for film, theatre and television allows Jodie a keen insight into what the camera, and potential buyers like to see. 9. ECOLOGICALLY SUSTAINABLE DESIGN Duddington Design approaches design from a holisitic and sustainable point of view where possible. If you wish for your project to work only within the parameters of energy efficient design and sustainable materials we are more than happy to oblige at no extra cost. Payment Terms Each project will begin with a complimentary 30 min meeting to gather an understanding of the project requirements and the relationship between the designer and client. Depending on the scope of the project and the budget, fees will either be charged on an hourly basis or a fixed rate. A quotation of hours will always be provided for acceptance, with a %50 deposit required to commence work. Depending on the size of the project progress payments throughout the project can be negotiated. Payment terms are 7 days by cash or direct deposit. Ordered items require payment at time of order.
