ABOUT Since 2015, EL Diseño has provided a mobile service, coming to you wherever you are in Canberra, Queanbeyan-Palerang, Yass and the surrounds. We’ll go over you’re project to ensure that we meet your requirements. We provide quotes for all of our work and we finish in a timely manner, from one week to two weeks. SERVICES Where You Fit At EL Diseño our drafting services make planning and approval you’re your project in the Canberra, Queanbeyan-Palerang and Yass area simple and easy. Our draftsman will take care of the whole drafting and approval process. We provide three stages : drafting plans, building approval and development application approval. You can opt for any of the stages or all. Getting Started You’ll start by meeting with our draftsman, Josh Castro. He’ll meet you on-site to take you through your project whether it’s a new proposed structure or an existing unapproved structure and measure the area if required. The required plans will be drawn up and sent to you, to look over and ensure that plans are correct and you are satisfied. Building Plans Once you are satisfied and plans are correct. Plans are submitted to the appropriate authority, either ACT Planning or a certifier for approval. Once approval is given, we send you the stamped approved plan and all other documents so that you are able to start building your new proposed structure or enjoying your now approved existing structure.
