Elements Home Design Portfolio is a collection of pre-designed homes with a full set of working drawings ready for purchase for only $1,320 incl. GST, no unknowns, no guess work, no waiting for the Architect to get around to your design. All homes are pre designed by an Architect with an emphasis on functionality and design flair. What is included? When you select and purchase a design, you will be emailed a set of A3 sized PDF drawings including floor plans, roof plan, sub floor plan, elevations, sections, window and door schedules and the basic setup for a site plan. All drawings will be fully dimensioned and notated. You will also be sent a set of DWG cad files for your engineer to use as a basis for any structural engineering and for your own draftsperson to complete a site plan with any specific site information required by your local council. You will also receive a higher resolution set of the 3d images to show off to your friends and family. What is not included? The aspects of your design which can’t be completed up front are related to your specific site & the specific requirements of your local council. The following are not included in the $1,320 fee.
