Company Structure Elite Project Services Pty Ltd (formally MN Interiors) has been involved in the corporate fit-out industry for over 15 years specialising in partitions, doors, ceilings, joinery and the co-ordination of associated trades in a commercial fit-out. Elite Project Services Pty Ltd prides itself on a reputation of delivering high quality projects. We have been able to obtain this reputation due to our company's constant pursuit for excellence and fine workmanship over the years. With these goals in mind we have been able to complete projects to meet all of our clients objectives in relation to cost and quality. Similarly, due to our diverse and skilful resources, we are able to complete projects within compressed time frames without compromising the quality of our projects. Quality The word "QUALITY" can never be over-emphasized in our firm, our commitment to deliver quality projects is our primary objective. To achieve quality projects we have implemented a quality plan which is tailored to ensure that the final products meets the clients desired level of quality and beyond. The objective of the following quality plan is to detail procedures in regards to the management of projects, which will ensure that the final product meets the clients, desired level of quality. The following procedures to be implemented and adhered to are: Inspection of tender drawings and scope to ensure all information on documentation is clear and detailed, prior to tendering. Identify any problems in relation to construction and supply of materials and inform client promptly. Inspection of drawings to ensure that they are concurrent with tender drawings. Conduct meeting with client before commencing project, identifying objectives in relation to time, cost and quality. Conduct meeting with other trades prior to project commencement. Inform all other contractors of our objectives for the project, similarly, attain their objectives for the project. Employ the necessary resources to implement the ITP. Allow access to premises, by arrangement, for the purpose of surveillance and compliance audit, to ensure implementation of our companies quality system. Ensure all employees are informed of the projects objectives. Ensure all sub-contractors used on the project are familiar with all project objectives and safety requirements of the project. Ensure all employees are aware and adhere to safety requirements of projects. Ensure all employees on site have been inducted prior to commencement of work on site. Submit all samples for approval prior to issuing purchase orders. Ensure samples/material adhere to relevant Australian Standards. Inspection of materials when delivered, inspect for damage. Protection of materials during handling. Storage of materials in a sage easily accessible area. Nominate full time site supervisor to monitor works and undertake the following: Inspection of works on daily basis to ensure the works are complying with the standards required Complete the inspection and Test Plan with relevant information, during and afterthe completion of each component of works Inspection of work with client on regular basis, to ensure the client is totally satisfied with the works. Final inspection prior to hand-over The main component of our Quality Plan is the successful implementation of Elite Project Services Pty Ltd "Inspection and Test Plan". Our inspection and Test Plan adheres with ISO9000 and ISO 9001, please find attached our ITP. Safety At Elite Project Services Pty Ltd our Occupational Health, Safety and Rehabilitation Policy is based on a belief that the well-being of people employed at work, or people affected by our work, is a major priority and must be considered during all work performed on our behalf. People are our most important asset and their health and safety is our greatest responsibility. The public shall be given equal priority to that of our employees. The objectives of our Safety Policy are: To achieve an accident free workplace. To make health & safety an integral part of every managerial and supervisory position. To ensure health & safety is considered in all planning and work activities. To involve our employees in the decision making processes through regular communication, consultation and training. To provide a continuous program of education and learning to ensure that our employees work in the safest possible manner. To identify and control all potential hazards in the workplace through hazard identification and risk analysis. To ensure all potential accident/incidents are controlled and prevented. Ensure all employees are informed of the projects objectives. To provide effective injury management and rehabilitation for all employees. The success of our health & safety management is dependent on: Pro-active planning of all work activities with due consideration given to implementing OH&S controls that are suitable to each given situation. Understanding the total work process and associated OH&S risks. Ensuring the work team is totally committed to achieving our objectives. Ensuring that open and honest communication exists between management and all employees.
