We may also identify safety items such as electrical faults or the presence of rodents, termites, moisture or water leaks. Thermal imaging is a non-destructive, non-contact means of identifying if building, electrical and mechanical components that are hotter or cooler than they should be, it identifies where heat loss occurs which is usually a sign of inadequate insulation or faulty equipment. SERVICES At EnviroTherm we provide three service levels which can be tailored to suit every homeowner and budget. They are designed to achieve the best possible outcome and savings for our clients. All service levels receive a site visit where a thermal imaging survey targeting drafts and the locations of energy loss through the internal building envelope is conducted.
