We partner with Herron Todd White, Australia's largest independent property advisors with over 40 years of experience for the delivery of some of our services such as property valuation. Our Service Our customer service team will assist you throughout the inspection process and during the marketing of your property. We offer two levels of service that will give you better, transparent information about your property and a powerful marketing tool. Pre-sale Inspection Report If you are thinking about selling, we can undertake an inspection of your house to indentify building defects. Based on our report and your discussion with our inspector, appropriate repairs can be carried out (we do not undertake this work as it could give rise to a conflict of interest). The cost of this service is the same as a standard building and timber pest inspection. Click here for pricing details. When you are ready to market your property we can arrange a re-inspection of the property (reasonable additional cost) and update our report where the inspector is satisfied that defects have been rectified. The report is then made available on our website as an Open Access Inspection Report (see below). Open Access Inspection Report Our Open Access Inspection Reports make it much easier, cheaper and quicker for property buyers to carry out their property checks and be ready to make a bid or offer on your property. How does it work? You make an investment in our service and we carry out the appropriate inspection (building and pest inspection for houses or strata records inspection for apartments). Our report is made available on our website and linked to www.domain.com.au so buyers can access the report anytime for 75-80% less than the usual cost. You are provided with the report as part of your investment. We provide information for the selling agent to pass onto potential buyers about our report.
