Welcome to Federation Floor Sanding I have been in operation since 1994 and have sanded and finished thousands of timber floors throughout Perth & and WA. Bleaching jarrah has become one of my specialities as well as staining (as demonstrated in the "Mussel Bar"..walnut stained pine flooring) These days the primary finish I use is Bona Traffic. It is a two component water based polyurethane satin finish as used on the Steves hotel project (listed in "Photos") High gloss solvent based finishes have become less popular over the years due to changes in fashion and ecological factors.
