ABOUT In 1996 we started with the basic postforming equipment contact adhesive spindle moulder static postformer, hand tools, jigs and a panel saw. I could see a need to change to improve both our quality and efficiency. Firstly we put in a PVA Press followed by a flow through post former. This gave us better performance and lower emissions. Next we installed CNC router machine to do all our mitres and to size the tops. This gave us a higher degree of accuracy and consistently better quality mitres.
