ABOUT US Upon signing a contract with Fitout & Refurbish, you become not just a client or a Job Number, you will become part of our family. A family that is developing and growing. Growth through smart planning, business etiquette and high morale, and thinking outside the square. We ask, what does the client want? Our aim is not how to make a quick dollar, but how we can do repeat business with the client and their business associates. You will have personal contact with Terry Simmons on a regular basis throughout the project, not just for the signing of the contract. All too often clients complain that their previous builder signed the contract and then simply hands the project over to a site manager. It is our intention at Fitout & Refurbish to establish a successful network of happy clients that meet on a yearly basis to discuss the joys and challenges of carrying out a construction project. We strongly believe word of mouth is the best form of promoting our professional services, we admit responsibility for our actions and set plans in motion to continually improve our methods of construction. It is here we can promote our unique follow up service to clients after the projects are handed over. CALL US FOR A QUOTE
No state or commonwealth licence has been tied to this business in our public sources. This is common for unlicensed trades or for businesses that have not yet been resolved against a jurisdictional register.
Public records are uneven by nature. Stronger records make operating claims easier to inspect. Thin records make the gaps obvious. Evidence beats explanation.
See methodology for how the index resolves duplicates, tiers evidence, and decides what to publish.
If this is your business, you can claim the record to add a verified contact, licence anchor, and service area.
