ABOUT Welcome. FM Architecture focuses on architecture that is both timeless and sustainable. We create buildings with their own character where they are meant to stay. We specialize in: Car Dealerships Corporate Offices, Showrooms & Workshops Luxury Apartments and Homes in Urban Areas Full services by one architect from Feasibility Study to completion are important to avoid unexpected surprises, misunderstandings between the builder, the client and the architect on the contracted scope of the project, and allowances for items not specified in the contract. We will guide you through Planning and Building Approval all the way to building inspections, certification and defect liability. This also means direct care – the architect representing the firm that you signed the contract with will be your project architect as well.
