Solid Timber & Floating Timber Floors Fred Welsh Floorcoverings is experienced in doing all types of solid timber, parquetry, sprung sports floors, laminate and timber floating floors, as well as bamboo flooring. We use only our in house professional installers that have had many years of experience in all aspects of timber flooring. Over the years we have done many school halls, basket ball courts, and new and existing homes. We can lay new, raw solid timber flooring on bearers, ply or battens and prefinished solid timber flooring depending on the clients needs. A full sanding and polishing service is also available using modern, up to date machinery for new or old floors. We use finishes such as polyurethane, tung oil and modified oil among others to suit various situations. Line marking for courts and sprung timber flooring is also available for indoor sports centres and courts. We are also specialists in all types of parquetry flooring which can be laid in many different patterns and designs to suit our customers. A large range of laminate and timber floating floor is also available, as well as bamboo flooring. We have many samples in our show room for you to choose from, and deal with all the major suppliers such as Boral Timber and Premium floors.
