Remove old rusted valley irons and replace with new zincalume or colourbond irons Remove all loose cement from under ridge capping, valleys and gables, clean surface and replace with new cement bedding. Repoint all ridge capping, valleys and gables with acrylic flexible pointing compound. Repair flashings around chimneys and skylights Clean all debris from gutters Pressure cleaning the tiles to remove all dirt, pollution, moss and liken and coating them with an anti fungal coat, brings the appearance of the roof back to the day it was put on. Cement Roof Restoration We will do a thorough inspection to determine what is required on your roof The process is as follows Replace all broken tiles, ensuring water courses are intact and the roof is water tight Cleaning : Pressure clean the roof using a 4000 psi pressure cleaner, this will remove all dirt and pollution and moss and liken from tiles Valley irons: Remove all rusty valley irons and replace with new Flashing : Check, repair or replace as necessary Rebedding: Remove all old cement from under ridge, gables, valleys and replace with new Repointing: Repoint all the ridge gables and valleys with a flexible pointing compound that will flex over time minimising future cracks Gutters: Clean gutters and remove all debris Paint: Step 1 : Apply one coat of primer Step 2 : Apply one coat of high build / sealer Step 3: Apply one coat of chosen colour Step 4: Apply one coat of top coat 10 spare tiles are painted for future use All work comes with a 10 year written guarantee on completion!
