Over the years Fyffe Design Services has established a good relationship with many award winning builders. We can provide you with contacts to get prices for the building of your home, alternatively you can use the builder of your choice. You will be provided with a distinctive design without the excessive fees often charged by other architectural services. Our service comprises of preliminary sketch plans, final design drawings , working drawings to DA and construction standards, coordinating with consultants as required, landscapers, BASIX and engineers. The Process- Step 1 Obligation Free meeting to discuss your needs and budget. We will then provide you with a fixed price agreement. Step 2 Once you have decided Fyffe Design Services is your choice of home designer, a deposit is required accompanied with a signed agreement. Step 3 Preliminary design drawings based on the original brief and to council codes. These drawings are discussed and amended until you are satisfied. Step 4 Final design drawings. These drawings are suitable for builders to provide estimate costs. Final design payment required. Step 5 Working drawings. These drawings are used for DA and Construction Certificate to council requirements. This includes coordinating with consultants (engineering, BASIX, town planners and landscapers) Upon commencement of these drawings a 50% deposit is required. Full payment required on hand over of Working Drawings.
