Architecture Consistent to Gavin’s work is an ongoing consideration of how to put things together to create a series of pleasant spaces and experiences whilst meeting his client’s requirements. OUR SERVICES Basic Design Your goals and requirements are established and site conditions are investigated from which a number of alternatives that may be suitable to your needs are offered. Your preferred design concept is documented to convey the intent of the design and demonstrate the scope of work. Design Development The design concept and documentation are developed and detailed further to contribute to the submission of a Development Application (where applicable) and to obtain the Building Approval. Construction Documentation The developed and approved design is detailed further to provide a set of drawings and specifications suitable to forward to a builder for pricing and construction. Furthermore, Gavin will remain available throughout the construction process to field any queries from your builder or yourself to ensure your goals are met.
