ABOUT Our projects are enjoyable, design-and-build experiences; we prioritise your budget, and your schedule. Great design outcomes come through a joint effort between architect and client; we want your home to meet your needs and feel perfect to you. Penny Guild is a Registered Architect in the State of Victoria. She completed her Bachelor of Architecture with Honours at the University of Melbourne. Prior to founding Guild Architects, Penny spent two years at Robert Mills Architects & Interior Designers and nine with Zen Architects. At these award winning practices Penny honed her skills in high-end residential design, with a focus on processes (Rob Mills); and she developed commercial acumen and extensive knowledge and expertise in planning regulations and sustainable design principles (Zen). Penny has lectured and tutored architecture students in Environmental Building Systems (EBS) at the University of Melbourne. In 2015 (as part of the EBS teaching group) she was awarded the Architecture Building and Planning award for Innovative and Outstanding Program. Contact us today for more information.
No state or commonwealth licence has been tied to this business in our public sources. This is common for unlicensed trades or for businesses that have not yet been resolved against a jurisdictional register.
Public records are uneven by nature. Stronger records make operating claims easier to inspect. Thin records make the gaps obvious. Evidence beats explanation.
See methodology for how the index resolves duplicates, tiers evidence, and decides what to publish.
If this is your business, you can claim the record to add a verified contact, licence anchor, and service area.
