ABOUT Our company, HCB Rural and Land Management , was formed in December, 2014. We are a young, family owned business, aiming to provide the Hunter Valley with a professional rural contracting and land management service. Based in Singleton, NSW, we offer our services across the Hunter Valley including Singleton, Muswellbrook, Denman, Scone, Maitland, Newcastle, Gresford, Dungog and surrounds. Manager and co-principal, Heath, commenced his working life on a number of Hunter Valley properties, working with beef cattle, sheep, thoroughbred horses, pasture production and irrigation. These experiences enabled Heath to acquire valuable knowledge and skills in fencing, timber cutting, weed control, general farm maintenance, livestock husbandry and mustering. Co-principal, Cheryl Brock, provides administration support for the business and assistance on projects when required. Like Heath, she has a trade qualification, working as an Electrical Fitter/Mechanic in open cut mining and has also worked on rural properties, carrying out a variety of duties.
