ABOUT US Heart & Soul Property Services began as Heart& Soul Handyman in July 2013 when Jimmy Godino (founder) motorcycle enthusiast and long time loyal employee of Triumph Motorcycles realised his heart was on the tools. Whilst working on his own property renovations from his first unit in Epping Victoria in 1993 to properties in QLD & Pascoe vale Jimmy would often repeat the phrase… ‘I’m in heaven doing this…’ to which his wife replied, ‘Honey…you’re in the wrong job.’ .Soon after came the birth of Heart and Soul Handyman now Heart&Soul Property Services- Jim realised he was much more than just your average handyman with great skill and ability to problem solve to find maintenance solutions that surpassed his clients expectations- he also brought his professional customer service and project management skills from 20 years in corporate business positions with Target Australia, Peter Stevens and Triumph Australia, able to the management and service of property maintenance for Realestate, Body Corporate and Private Residential clients. From the outset Jim’s vision was to build a team of Master Tradesman with a love for the job.
