About Us The story of Joe Pirillo, the founder of Home Tech Automation: I started as an electrician in May 2002, contracting to various companies and becoming a project manager, overseeing multiple projects. Whilst in this role I also had the privilege of training many apprentices. In Sept. 2006 I started trading as a sole trader under the name of Joe P. Electrical Services. While operating I started a company with one of my workers in Jan. 2008; thus Power Corp Electrical Pty Ltd was created. In my time as a director of Power Corp, we worked on a multitude of jobs from design, to wiring and fit off of new homes, and rewiring of old homes. We were also doing new network installations and relocation offices within deadlines, including running 3 teams over a 24hr period for two days to complete a 5-day job in 48 hours. This included installing a data network, CCTV, access control, phone system (PABX) and A/V throughout their offices. In 2009 I saw the story on ACA of a family that was about to be torn apart by the death of both their parents due to cancer. They had no money and no way of staying together, when the ACA viewers from around Australia started to donate money to help them. I was so moved by their story that I sent in a email to ACA offering our services to make sure their new home was electrically safe and to install some new lighting. As the job started we saw that the house in which they were going to live was so unsafe electrically, we fully rewired their home, supplied and installed a new alarm and intercom. On the second day working there I started calling all of my contacts, from HPM for switches and power points, Lighting House at Belmore for new lights and Weathercraft air conditioning in Blakehurst. All of these companies either supplied, or supplied and installed all the equipment free of charge. I must admit there were electrical suppliers that we approached which declined to help, and to this day I cannot understand how anyone could say no to such a heart-wrenching catastrophe. May I also say, from that day on we only supported the suppliers that were not heartless. In Dec. 2011, I handed full ownership over to my business partner and started Home Tech Automation, to pursue a more technical path. Since starting on my own again, I have contracted my Ex-business partner and visa versa on numerous jobs. Over the past 2 years, I have designed: automation, Video/Audio distribution with HDMI to all TVs from a central point, security layouts which can be controlled and viewed via iPad, iPhone and Android devices, making life easier. I have installed some or all of these in some luxury homes in Drummoyne, Strathfield, Sans Souci, etc. We have furthermore setup alarms, CCTV and home hubs in Earlwood, Bardwell Park and Prestons. These are just a few areas we have worked in – and these were completed with tradesmen I had trained as apprentices in previous years. In the many years I have been working, my mobile number has never changed and never will. I believe in doing the job right and keeping the customer happy. Over the years I have been recommended by clients to their friends and family, colleagues of customers etc. and many of my clients have become repeat clients. One thing I have learned in whatever I have done is: THE BEST FORM OF ADVERTISING IS WORD OF MOUTH. Contact us today!

Public records are uneven by nature. Stronger records make operating claims easier to inspect. Thin records make the gaps obvious. Evidence beats explanation.
See methodology for how the index resolves duplicates, tiers evidence, and decides what to publish.
