ABOUT US The Directors, Luke Willis and Sam Hosking, have worked together for over fifteen years and bring a broad range of experience, enthusiasm, fun and integrity to their projects. We have undertaken an extensive portfolio of projects involving the implementation of contemporary and innovative design solutions, the adaptive re-use of existing buildings and the conservation of historic structures. We do not use a formulaic approach to design, rather allowing each site and client to generate specific and unique responses and solutions. We are able to critically analyse client requirements and provide a range of design solutions that respond to those requirements. The directors are involved in all projects, and bring experience, expertise and efficiency to their delivery. We understand good design and we understand people – the fundamental elements in producing successful architecture. No state or commonwealth licence has been tied to this business in our public sources. This is common for unlicensed trades or for businesses that have not yet been resolved against a jurisdictional register.
Public records are uneven by nature. Stronger records make operating claims easier to inspect. Thin records make the gaps obvious. Evidence beats explanation.
See methodology for how the index resolves duplicates, tiers evidence, and decides what to publish.
If this is your business, you can claim the record to add a verified contact, licence anchor, and service area.
