Today, we have nine stores located throughout northern Victoria and southern New South Wales, with our head office based in Shepparton, in the heart of Victoria’s Goulburn Valley. We are a 100% Australian owned and operated the company, and pride ourselves on the service we offer our customers. We employ over 100 staff from our local communities and support the local community not only through employment but also through sponsorships and support. All of our nine branches are members of the National Rural Independents (NRI) buying group; this provides us with a competitive edge in retailing our rural merchandise items, allowing us to provide competitive pricing to our customers. Our main Shepparton store is also a member of the Home Hardware group. As such, our Shepparton store can provide a huge range of hardware, timber and trade supplies to our customers, while accessing the best prices offered through the Home Hardware group. Furthermore, our current range of rural products in our Shepparton store is also complemented by a huge range of pet products, accessed through the Indepet buying group.
