ABOUT At H.W.H. Powder Coaters , we offer the best possible pretreatment of all your raw materials. This includes; Eight stage chromate conversion of raw aluminum (including cast) for superior bonding of paint and resistance to corrosion. Five stage Phosphate treatment for steel, which provides the perfect base for long lasting metal protection and paint adhesion. Chemical cleaning of all other products to ensure the cleanest possible base for painting. Special zinc rich primer powders are available. These provide a moisture resistant coating perfect for steel products. We operate the very latest spray technologies across both our batch and conveyor areas. While we specialise in 6.5m aluminium extrusions, we are also able to handle a wide variety of shapes and sizes, this is due to our two large batch ovens and our 20m long conveyor oven.
